The Nile River, a river of Africa, is a major north-flowing river in northeastern Africa, generally regarded as the longest river in the world[2] but in 2007 this title was given to the Amazon river.[3] It is 6,853 km (4,258 miles) long. The Nile is an "international" river as its water resources are shared by eleven countries, namely, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Congo-Kinshasa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, South Sudan, Sudan and Egypt.[4] In particular, the Nile is the primary water source of Egypt and Sudan.[5]

Bahir Dar or Bahar Dar is a city in north-western Ethiopia. It is the capital of the Amhara Region (kilil).
Administratively, Bahir Dar is a Special Zone, a designation in between a chartered city (astedader akabibi, a first-tier division, like a kilil) such as Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa, and cities like Debre Marqos and Dessie, which are organized as districts (woredas).
Bahir Dar is one of the leading tourist destinations in Ethiopia, with a variety of attractions in the nearby Lake Tana and Blue Nile river. The city is known for its wide avenues lined with palm trees and a variety of colorful flowers. In 2002 it was awarded the UNESCO Cities for Peace Prize for addressing the challenges of rapid urbanization.[1]

growing up with Shen Yun and Yahoo news
my brain is filled with Zigzag and Jigsaw puzzle pieces

snowing mountain
raining summer

my hands go wet
when I touch the water fountain fluid

my body gets shaky
when my mother drives me crazy

I relax and smile
if my sisters Eden and Saidah win approval over  River Nile

I stand tall and my confidence grows
when snowflakes mix with melting waters, rushing down Sews of Hope and Wings of sWallows

I have yellow hair,
my eyes are round and brown, I dare

I have Italian Rome roots, and Vietnam, Hano heritage,
I am an American who consumes technology and wisdom via Ken Hansen and Lawrence Page

I have trust in Thomas, and Abbey,
I have wishes in Jiahong, Qiangjiao, Aihong, Jingli, Simei, Hounian, Minn, Moonie, and Chuanqian

I am small and cold
I am weak and gold

i pray for all souls of earth
I walk cross Gold gate bridge with brave heartbeats and Emily Dickinson poetic moods
